IRONMAN in Roshnee
Adnaan Ravat; Farhad Safi, Bilaal Dadabhay and Ahmed Badat from Roshnee have been quietly preparing for the last 4 months to participate in one the world’s toughest endurance races. The IRONMAN is the ultimate in triathlon races. The South African leg of this world famous race is held every year in Port Elizabeth and this year it will take place on the Sunday the 6th April.
The four brave Roshnee residents will tackle the grueling 3.8km Sea Swim followed by a 180km Cycle and then finish with a full marathon which is a 42.2km Run. The cut-off time for the race is 17hours. RoshneeTalk is proud of our Roshnee tri-athletes and wishes them all of the best.
